pool time

pool time is the best time with little laya baby. so many things make our day in the sun simply divine. the sweet smell of baby sunscreen in her soft curls. her long shrieks of delight as she is thrown into the air by her daddy. the sound of her precious hands splashing in the water as i sing "splash splash splash!"  her beautiful eyes with a new sparkle from the reflection of the water. being able to hold her little body in front of me before she is able to swim away on her own. so happy we were able to celebrate our dear friend's 6oth birthday with a cookout filled with good music, food and her family and friends. laya even got to shake a tailfeather to the surprise of everyone there...and she has natural rhythm, so I'm told.
