barack the vote
The race for the President is a lot like a Game 7 Playoff game. I've been super excited all day as I went to vote, got my sticker and then stayed glued to the tube to watch as the electoral votes came rolling in. Don't we love a great competition? The "battlegrounds" not to mention the endless polls of who will win in the race to the White House is all too much like a super realistic reality show for me!
Since moving from Chicago in 2007, I haven't wanted to be back nearly as much as right this moment, when in a matter of hours, hundreds of thousands of people will be huddled together in the Windy City to celebrate the historic day in US history that Obama has helped create. Grant Park has been ignited with a fire of hope that only Barack has really been able to spark in recent years for the people of our country. I wish I could be there to witness such an incredible night in Chicago.
