the world is an amusing place. amusing like "ha-ha" yes but more often than not amusing like "this must be a sign". every once in awhile you are certain that your life is moving in the right direction, allowing you to almost seemlessly create the existence you want and need to be happy and successful. other times, the world seems to be spinning on a varying axis where nothing goes your way and all is wrong. i think in this life, in our world we live in, we have decisions that will manifest into positive and benefitial experiences versus the negative option that is an easier path to naturally take. it's hard to be happy, upbeat, optimistic and live in a healthy frame of mind day to day. it's human nature to want to take the path of least resistence, in this case, being a bitter scenical b* with nothing better to do than complain about all that's bad.
listening to the keynote speaker at the American Heart Association's Go Red For Women Luncheon yesterday, the odds were clear. the better your thoughts, the better your health. they go hand in hand and those are the honest facts of life. this made me think about my life and how i choose to live it. most days, i wake up eager and ready to take the tiger by the tail... the snooze button is for the birds, ready for the chance to live that day out and make the most of it. but what about those off days? am i supposed to be happy-go-lucky every single day of my life? your life? how do you live? it amazed me that your health is directly linked to your thoughts, attitude and choices that you make each day of your life.
yesterday was a sign for me to continue thinking healthy, happy and motivating thoughts because the proof is in the studies... your thoughts manifest into your health. and for those times when illness or tragedy strikes, it's just as much your thoughts and support system that gets you through and not just your medicinal support that contributes to your recovery or demise.
